Charlie Ingram
Chief Executive Officer


Since 1992, Charles W. Ingram has been a professional in corporate management and training, and he has worked in small entrepreneurial as well as multi-thousand employee corporate settings.

 

Charlie attended the American University for political science and philosophy. While in Washington D.C., he worked at the Heritage Foundation, a national research and educational institution, and was a registered lobbyist from 1990 through 1992. In 1994, he became a Series Seven Licensed Registered Representative working in qualified plans and was part of the rollout group for the first "Multiple Employer 401(k)" designed to accommodate the emerging PEO industry.

 

He joined the PEO industry in 1995, working as Regional Business Development Manager for a leading company in the Tampa/St. Petersburg market. In 1998, Charlie became Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a leading provider in Southwest Florida, where he hired teams and developed sales professionals in geographic territories as well as industry channels. In 2004, Charlie created Capstone Training Specialties, a business development/business consulting firm focusing on high-end conceptual sales, with several PEOs and PEO brokerages as clients.

 

In 2008, Charlie launched Veritas Employer Services in Fort Myers.

 

Charlie's background also includes serving as President of the Dunbar Village Center After-School Program, President of the Harlem Heights Foundation, Program Coordinator of the Rotary Club of Fort Myers-South, Graduate of Leadership Lee County-1999, and an Elder at Westminster Presbyterian Church of Fort Myers.

 



Sabra Smith
Chief Operating Officer

 

Sabra joined Bonita Bay Group in 1992 as Human Resources Manager and was named the Vice President of Human Resources in 1999. Prior to joining Bonita Bay Group, she held positions as an Employment Specialist with the State of Florida and worked for five years as Director of Human Resources with a non-profit health organization in Naples.

 

As Chief Operating Officer, Sabra provides leadership and coordination for Core Client Services.  This includes payroll processing, workers' compensation, risk management, employee benefits administration, human resources and regulatory compliance. 

 

Sabra was appointed in 2005 by Governor Jeb Bush to Chair the Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida, a position she has held for three years. She is former Chairperson of Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida and continues to serve on the organization's Honorary Board. Sabra is also Vice Chairman of the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce Board.

 

Sabra received the Naples Chamber of Commerce's Volunteer of the Year award in 1999 and the Bonita Springs Chamber Director of the Year award in 2006. She attained national recognition from the Human Resources Certification Institute by attaining the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 1998.

 

Sabra earned a Bachelor's degree in human resources from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.
