Analyzing and Forecasting: Byerly Cashes Into Veritas

Linda Byerly anticipates the dollars coming in, from where and when, and carefully analyzes best management options for Veritas Corporate funds in her role as its Financial Analyst.

She brings to Veritas more than 15 years' experience in accountancy both from the corporate world and academia. First at Gulf Oil and then at Chevron, she was Staff Financial Analyst and Senior Unit Supvervisor of Economics, serving on the team responsible for merger accounting. She also analyzed corporate-wide new investments and worked on accounting policy.

In addition, Linda was also an Associate Professor of Accounting and Business at Grove City College in Grove City, Pa. She earned her B.S. in Mathematics from Grove City College and her M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.

For many years active in the home schooling community, she curently serves on the Christian Home Educators of Southwest Florida graduation committee, and she has worked as a volunteer financial counselor.
